Two Powers One God LLC ship all orders ourselves from our location in Arizona. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are packed and shipped by our team, not a third-party fulfillment center. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.​
2. Shipping Method & Costs
We currently offer domestic shipping within the United States via USPS Ground Advantage, at a flat rate of $6 per order, regardless of order size.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Once shipped, delivery via USPS Ground Advantage typically takes 5-8 business days, depending on your location. This is an estimate provided by USPS and is not guaranteed.

Total time from order placement to delivery is generally 7-11 business days
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number so you can follow your package's progress.
5. Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to ship orders promptly, delays can occasionally occur due to high order volume, weather, or USPS service disruptions. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS once a package has been shipped, but we're happy to help track down a delayed package if you reach out.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error shortly after placing your order, contact us immediately at the email below and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at the email below within 14 days of the expected delivery date (note that this isn't a requirement but you will be moved out of priority past this window) so we can assist you.
